Microsoft Internet Explorer 7

IE7 is a vast improvement over its predecessor, adopting most standards and generally behaving quite well. It includes the modern features: tabbed browsing, pop-up blocker and quick search bar. Recommended for those who feel comfortable with the majority or those that just don't care.

Security Concerns: Not as dispicable bad as IE6, but be careful.

Apply Safari

Well, it's fourth for a reason. The latest version claims to be the "fastest browser on the planet." It doesn't do anything much that's technically wrong, but it's not quite as polished as the competition. Recommended for who really like pretty software, but it's not guaranteed to be smooth sailing.

Security Concerns: No. Ad-blocking not as robust as Firefox or Opera.
